Last updated: 5 November 2026. These terms apply to Dygistic Tools (app.dygistic.com) and the free tools on dygistic.com and audit.dygistic.com. Dygistic is the trade name of Dylan Grefte, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number: 91015324, VAT number: NL004859001B59). Contact: info@dygistic.com.
1. The service
Dygistic Tools is a web application that checks how AI assistants (currently ChatGPT and Gemini; Perplexity and Google AI Overviews planned for Q1 2027) mention and cite your brand for the questions you enter, and shows the results in a dashboard. The free tools run one-off checks on a URL you provide. Results are measurements of third-party systems at a moment in time; I do not guarantee any ranking, visibility or business outcome.
2. Account and acceptable use
You need a valid email address to use Dygistic Tools. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may only check domains and brands you own or are authorised to work on, and you may not use the tools to attack, overload or scrape other websites, resell the output as your own product without a written agreement, or reverse engineer the service.
3. Plans, prices and payment
- Free trial: 14 days, up to 10 questions per week, no card required. After the trial, checks stop and your dashboard stays readable for 30 days.
- Founding: EUR 29 per month, for the first 20 customers who subscribe before 31 March 2027, for as long as the subscription stays active.
- Pro: EUR 49 per month, up to 40 questions per week.
- All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), the merchant of record and authorised reseller of Dygistic Tools. Your purchase is made with Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms; Paddle handles invoicing, VAT and card data. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal or by emailing me; the subscription then ends at the close of the current billing period.
4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: a full refund of any payment on request within 14 days of that payment, no questions asked, and you can cancel at any time.
5. Availability and changes
I aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third-party AI providers whose output, pricing and availability can change; I may change engines, limits or features and will announce material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. If a change makes the service materially worse for you, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the current period.
6. Your data
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. The questions, brands and results in your workspace are yours; I use them only to provide the service and, in aggregated and anonymised form, to improve it. You can delete your workspace and all its data in one action.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit or lost data, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country.
